Services

All electrical services provided by Wave Electrical are subject to a written estimate or work order agreed upon by both parties prior to commencement of work. Prices quoted on this website are for general reference only and are subject to change based on site conditions.

Limitation of liability

Wave Electrical's liability for any claims arising from services rendered shall be limited to the amount paid for those services. Wave Electrical is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, code violations, or damage caused by third parties.

Permits and inspections

Wave Electrical obtains all required permits for work that requires them under Alabama state law and Baldwin County local requirements. The customer is responsible for providing access for required inspections.

Payment

Payment terms are specified in the individual work order or estimate. Wave Electrical reserves the right to charge a fee for returned checks or failed electronic payments.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama.
